Hundreds gathered at the 18th annual Scotts Valley Art, Wine, and Beer Festival this weekend. Festival goers enjoyed live music, dance performances, award winning wine and beer, and a variety of delicious food trucks. The festival was held at Skypark from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 19 and Sunday, Aug. 20.
The event is considered a local favorite and boasts over 100 artists, 15 wineries, and several local microbreweries.
Talented artists displayed jewelry, photography, paintings, blown glass, carved and painted surfboards, clothing, sculpture, and much more. On Saturday, dozens of classic cars were on display on the large grassy field where they could be admired by the attendees. The Scotts Valley Peace Officer’s Association Charitable Foundation organized the amazing “Cops ‘N Rodders” antique car show.
There was something for everyone to enjoy! Kids enjoyed face painting, henna tattoos, giant bubbles, and inflatable bounce houses. This festival was a great way for the community to get together, check out beautiful art, sip on a drink, and listen to great music.
